COVID-19 REQUIREMENTS
Our business operations made changes to address health and safety concerns for our customers as well as our team members. If you or your vehicle have been exposed to COVID-19 in the past two weeks you MUST disclose that information to a BKW Ultimate Detailing team member BEFORE they enter your vehicle.
We require a 24 hour notice to cancel any booking/detailing service. Ex. If you are scheduled for a 7am booking you must notify us no later than 7am the day prior to your scheduled appointment (24 hours). Failure to provide 24 hours advance notice of cancellation will result in a minimum charge of 50% of the service cost. Your service fee will NOT BE REDUNDED for same day cancellations or cancellations after the BKW staff have arrived onsite. Your service fee will be NON-REFUNDABLE if failure to be present at the location at the time of your scheduled detailing service. BKW Ultimate Detailing reserves the right to alter/move a booking based on weather conditions without penalty to the customer or the company.
NO RUSH POLICY
At BKW Ultimate Detailing, our reputation is built on quality service and we will not compromise the integrity of our work by rushing or taking shortcuts which could result in inferior service and potential errors. We will make our best effort to ensure that the time estimates are met, but there may be some circumstances that will require additional time.
INSPECTION INSIDE & OUT
We encourage you to do a thorough inspection of the inside and outside of your vehicle once we complete your service. If you find anything unsatisfactory let us know immediately and we will take care of it while we are at the location. We are dedicated to making sure you're happy with your service.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
On the day of your detailing service, please make sure all personal possessions are removed from your vehicle before the time of service. BKW Ultimate Detailing will not be responsible for the loss of any personal items left inside the vehicle. Before we start detailing your vehicle we will take photographs of the inside and outside.
PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEO
We have your permission to take pictures or video of your vehicle for marketing purposes. These will never be sold or given to third parties.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Prices are subject to change upon arrival based on the vehicle condition.
Additional charges will apply for the following: pet hair, sand, heavy stains, heavy soil, excessive food and drink spills, vomit, etc.
Any location that exceeds 25 miles from Glen Burnie, MD will be charged a rate of $1.00 per mile.
RIGHT TO REFUSE
BKW Auto Detailing reserves the right to refuse or deny any booking to continue with our service if we deem the customer to be unreasonable. BKW Auto Detailing reserves the right to refuse or deny customers' demands that are above and/or beyond the booked detailing service.
PRE - EXISTING DAMAGES
It is difficult to find pre-existing damages during the initial vehicle inspection, some vehicles, tend to have interior components that are broken, scratched, worn-out, faded, don't work or become loose and cracked without the owner's knowledge, therefore should BKW Auto Detailing find any items that are not working properly, worn, scratched, cracked, faded, or broken we will bring it to your attention, therefore you agree not to hold BKW Auto Detailing responsible for any pre-existing damages to your vehicle.
Dirt can hide exterior imperfections such as swirl marks, scratches, dings, dents, paint chips, fine lines, marks, cracked windshield, hard water stains and burned paint. If BKW Auto Detailing finds any exterior imperfections, we will make you aware, however, BKW Auto Detailing will not be responsible for correcting these pre-existing paint imperfections.
INFORMATION PRIVACY
As a small auto detailing business, we take your privacy seriously. We are the sole owner of the information collected on our site. We only have access to information that you have voluntarily given us. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
BOOKING DEPOSIT
BKW Ultimate Detailing will require full payment at the time of booking to secure your appointment time. If additional fees are assessed upon arrival, the final payment is due when the services are completed.
